This is Illinois Computer Science Sail! Sail is an annual event where high schoolers have a chance to explore their interest in the expansive field of Computer Science and learn how great CS@Illinois is!

For 2024, Sail will be a two-day event, with our in-person event being held on Saturday, April 13th, and our virtual event on Sunday, April 14th. Highlights of Sail include learning from college student-taught classes, a faculty keynote speaker, a tour of the campus, a Q&A Panel with students, and a club/involvement fair! We also have a less-structured Sail Parent Track where parents of students can attend Sail as well, with a different slate of events. 

We also will be providing attendees with transportation via bus, merchandise, and food. And best of all, Sail is completely free! Mark your calendars and sign up for our email list so you can be notified as soon as registration opens.
