FUEL (Future Undergraduate Engineering Leaders) is a full-day, on-campus experience designed to give prospective high school students and their families a firsthand look at engineering and student life at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Throughout the day, participants will explore the Grainger College of Engineering through engineering and campus tours, interactive activities, student Q&A sessions, an Engineering Fair highlighting different majors and disciplines, and demonstrations from engineering student organizations. Students will have opportunities to hear directly from current Illinois engineering students and learn more about the academic, professional, and extracurricular opportunities available within Grainger Engineering.

Separate programming and Q&A sessions will also be offered for parents and guardians to learn more about the college experience, ask questions, and hear about the resources and opportunities available to their students.

Lunch will be provided. Parents and guardians are welcome and encouraged to attend. Transportation to and from campus is not provided.
