Timing Guidelines

January–February appointments are for students preparing to apply for Fall 2026. 

If you plan to apply for Spring 2027 or later, please: 

• Attend a Transfer Success Workshop first, or 

• Schedule a one-on-one appointment in March or later. 

Availability

• If no times are available, our Transfer One-on-Ones are full, but we encourage you to check out our Transfer Success Workshops!
• For more general questions and a broad overview of the transfer process and requirements, we encourage you to first attend a Transfer Application Workshop or contact our office by phone or email.  

Transfer Success Workshops

These workshops support students at any stage of the  transfer process. You’ll learn how to utilize transfer resources such as Transferology and the Transfer Handbook, how to plan your path to Illinois, and how to apply for admission.
